How to Apply to St. Paul’s School

We know that choosing a school is an important decision for your family, and we feel honored that you are considering St. Paul’s. Everything you need to know about the application process can be found below. Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is open!

Please read the following information carefully. Note: there is no deadline to apply, however registration is on a first come first served basis and classes fill quickly.

Please click the application link below to find detailed instructions on how to apply. Complete the application and the payment forms (typed signatures on both forms are required and sufficient), then submit it via email to Kim Cima at
admissions@stpaulshouston.org. You will receive a confirmation of receipt via email within 2 business days.

2026-2027 St. Paul’s School New Student Application

If you are applying for the Threes, Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten, please see the Teacher Recommendation form, which is required for an application to be considered for placement. It is ok to send this form within two weeks of applying. *New students entering these programs will be asked to attend an observation at the school prior to the March 6th enrollment notification date. Kim Cima will reach out to schedule observations.

Admission to St. Paul's School, for all applicants, is considered in the following order of priority:

  1. Currently enrolled children

  2. New siblings of currently enrolled children

  3. Members of St. Paul's United Methodist Church who submit the application by the February 13th priority deadline

  4. Open enrollment to the community

Waiting Lists

A waiting list is established once a class is filled. If no space is available at the time you apply, your child will be placed on a waiting list, for a fee of $35. Spaces are filled as they occur, up until the end of January of the current school year. Waiting lists DO NOT carry over from year to year. If you remain on the waiting list and your child does not receive a spot, you must reapply the following school year.

Extended Care

Extended care options are offered at St. Paul’s School; however, this option is not guaranteed and is fully contingent on space due to staffing needs. (Enrollment for extended days opens in August, prior to school beginning.)

Immunizations

As required by the Texas Department of State Health Services, ALL students must have the proper immunizations to be enrolled in St. Paul's School, unless a State Exemption affidavit is provided. However, all up to date immunizations are strongly recommended to keep our school community safe. Immunization records are not required at the time you apply; these are due in August, if your child is enrolled. Please see the link below for required immunizations and more information.
